Politique de remboursement

We expect you will be delighted with your purchase however should your new Pierre Laurent watch not live up to your expectations, you may return the watch free within 30 days. Simply go online to info@pierrelaurent.com and supply the following:

  1. The email address associated with your purchase
  2. Your invoice number
  3. The reason for the return or replacement
  4. A return authorization code and complimentary return label will be provided for valid requests made within the 30-day timeline. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted. Simply print off your label and carefully re-package your purchase along with all boxing and accessories and adhere the shipping label with the return authorization number clearly printed in the box provided. Take to your local fedex agent and they will provide you with a tracking number all no charge to you. Allow 2 weeks from our receiving for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction. The $25 flat rate paid by us for priority overnight shipping to you however, is non refundable.

Exchange policy
If for some reason you need to exchange a purchase, either for the same or different model, this can be achieved by returning the original as above and re-ordering the new watch. It must be dealt with as a new purchase and the credit will follow, again allowing two weeks from date of return. You will receive full credit and not be charged for shipping.

Service policy
If you find you need to return one of our timepieces for service, you may either take to one of our local dealers using the dealer locater on www.pierrelaurent.com, or ship to any of our service centers found on our web site. Be sure to package your watch in a sturdy container with sufficient packaging to protect your timepiece. Include a letter to explain your service needs and your complete return address including postal code. If under warranty it must include a copy of your warranty or proof of purchase. For work not covered by our warranty, an estimate detailing work required and cost will be sent to you prior to beginning the repair. We will not commence repairs till we have received your approval by email or telephone, along with an approved credit card payment. Shipping costs will apply if not under warranty.
